To demonstrate comprehension of the different theories of education related to language acquisition and human development, considering cultural, emotional and social factors involved in the learning process of the adult by making effective use of diverse methods and technologies in the lesson planning and execution.
This class will be focused on the application of theories through the use of ICTs.
The "effective use of ICTs in education necessitates understanding in meeting learning outcomes so as to prepare students for lifelong learning", therefore, we need teachers who are able to properly manage those technologies.
The future teachers must live the students' experience putting themselves in their place so as to live the educative experience from a different perspective.
I think that the fact that this class will be focused on the application of theories through the use of ICTs it`s a good focus for us, specially on this days where technology is use in every aspect.
ReplyDeleteI see technology as part of a wide range of tools we can use and apply in terms of teaching and learning. I also understand that one of the objectives of this course is to keep us updated (among others). I'm really looking forward to the process and development of this course because of the format of it and the content.
